FRIGHTENING VIDEO: Cyclist Dragged by Vehicle Over 50 Feet in Lakewood Accident [VIEWER DISCRETION ADVISED]

Surveillance video captured the frightening moments a cyclist was struck by a vehicle, and dragged over 50 feet down Rt. 9.

The accident happened earlier today near Carey Street.

Surveillance video shows the cyclist being dragged by the driver who apparently had no idea he had struck someone – until other drivers began honking at him.

The cyclist was miraculously only lightly injured.

Police are investigating.
