Why are they playing in the parking lot??
Its a sidewalk not a parking lot, why is someone driving on a sidewalk!
It is NOT a sidewalk; it’s a parking lot. children should have been supervised. A driver cannot see a child crouching down in front of car.
This is every driver’s nightmare!
Bc in this town kids r not taught the dif btwn streets and sidewalks. Parents need to wake up
The driver should have exited the vehicle to check for pedestrians. That is exactly what is taught in the driving manual
It looks like there’s an adult supervising just behind the boy who crouched down…
Really Yaakov? Ud do that? If u watch carefully seems like driver waited for all the kids to disperse. That kid was crouched down the entire time- driver didnt even know he existed!
It’s a sidewalk.
Car should not habe been there or drive there. Follow the laws. In brooklyn they arrested someone for doing just this, driving on a sidewalk near school children.
If the driver would’ve cleared all the snow like you are suppose to maybe the driver would’ve seen him
