Free Self Defense classes for women being offered in Lakewood; Limited slots available (VIDEO)

Lakewood Cert in conjunction with the Lakewood Police Department is offering two one-night free self defense courses for women.

The two-hour evening course will take place on November 27, and December 11.

There will be both male and female instructors.

Is this the same self defense class that was given a while back to women from Lakewood? I went to that one and it was AMAZING!
