No one will wear them. It’s not cool.
Why??? Have you ever seen a person wearing one? Do you remember that a few years ago the LPD gave out reflector belts and I never saw one person wearing one. Just a waste of money. If they don’t wear them they will not save a life.
To many people should wear them it will prevent them from getting hit by a car
