NJ’s health department is looking to help more smokers kick the habit, and has expanded its nicotine replacement program. If you are a NJ smoker over the age of 18, you can get an 8-week supply of nicotine patches or gum by enrolling with the New Jersey Quitline at 1-866-NJSTOPS (1-866-657-8677).
The free gum and patches will be available until July 1st, or while supplies last.
(Please check with your Rav regarding the Kashrus of the gum).
Kosher???
is the gum kosher?
Nothing is free.
If you are a smoker, then you have no business being concerned about whether the gum is kosher or not. Poisoning your body is worse than eating pork, so get off your high horse and toss the smokes.
to kosher? just answer the question don’t pasken shailas. btw I heard that for sure their are rabbonim that say no prob even on pesach
are the patches given free to those who want to quit
