Former Cop With Weapon Chases Man In Leisure Village

lpd car2Police were called to Leisure Village a short time ago after a former police officer called police saying he was chasing a black shirtless man through the senior development. The out of breath caller, a member of the senior community, told police that he had a weapon and was chasing the man who he said did not belong in the area.

It’s unknown what sparked the chase, but the situation was defused upon the arrival of police. TLS-07/TLS-CCP

PLEASE CHARGE THIS NOBODY FOR ILLEGAL USE AND POSSESION OF A WEAPON.

  2. NO!!! Regular citizens are not allowed to chase anybody with a weapon so don’t do it! He is a former police officer!!! It’s in the title of the article!!! Maybe think before you type…

  3. @#3, i’m sure when you are the one been chased by a FORMER PO with a gun, you’ll see it my way! oh, but wait you likely don’t fit the profile.

  4. first of all he didn’t call the police he called the security guard at the front gate. who ever tells the story should get their facts stright before telling anybody else. leave out facts great reporting. next time maybe you should ask the police from where the call actually came from. security was the one who actually called police guess ex cop with a gun thought it would take longer to call 911.
