FMM Of Lakewood Rate Watch Program Is Huge Success.

LAKEWOOD (TLS) – First Meridian Mortgage (FMM) of Lakewood reports, that the “Rate Watch” program which was started just a couple months ago has seen tremendous success. The program lets home buyers sign up with FMM to receive notification when their target mortgage rate they are waiting for, arrives. TLS spoke to Jack Buchler, FMM Lakewood Branch manager this morning who said ” Many clients have found this service extremely helpful, instead of the borrower constantly calling to find out the current rate FMM will call them once their target rate is available”. “Its really a win–win for anyone looking to purchase or refinance their home at the lowest mortgage rate possible and being that rates can sometimes only last a few hours, there’s no better way, he said.

  1. I’m usualy not the one to write comments on these blogs…but someone forwarded this link to me and altz hakoras hatov I felt its only right to write about Meridian (FMM) as they came thru for me in a big way. Without mentioning any names I was dealing with another local company and they kept dragging me on and on. I came to Meridian and they they got it done for me so quick and in this market that was quite impressive. I really felt their service was first class they desserve a big yasher koach. L’toales Harabim I recommend them being your first call.

  2. Is Meridian the only ones that are still actually closing loans???? All I’ve been hearing is that you can’t get loans these days yet they seem to be closing!!
