One question why is it necessary to publish this information in finality so long I advance and c”v give someone so much time to plan something bad? How does this makes sense? Why isn’t this a first class scenario of tmi? (Too much information) Disclamier I am not against advertising for the siyum once tickets open but why now? What’s there to gain??? In my humble opinion all there is here is too lose. Waiting to hear your thoughts. G-d bless!
I think Eli is seriously correct and this should be removed from the news ASAP. we dont need any more shocking surprises to happen C”V
keep up the great work TLS
get ready to layer up in ur winter gear,it’ll be cold
For all this hype I thought they bought the property, oh that rented it for one night.
lets hope there isn’t a blizzard that night.
Daven that the weather in early January cooperates.
since it’s in January of 2020 more than 14 months from now when due to global warming/climate change there won’t be any snow anywhere, we should be davening that it’s not flooded out from the rising seas we will be getting then due to the same global warming/climate change.
Hopefully moshiach will be here by then..
amazing how gedolim of age have time to spend for the klal
Thanx, TLS, for printing this beautiful, heart warming story. It is stories that give us the confidence and chizzuk to carry on, B’Simcha, during these trying times.
I can’t understand how an outdoor event can be scheduled in January. There are elderly people who finished shas and would love to take part in this tremendous event but have to put themselves at risk of getting pneumonia, flu or frostbite. Am I missing something here??
I HAD THE SAME QUESTION. TO ANSWER ABOUT THE ELDERLY, THERE ARE indoor rooms which face the dais. But I’m still surprised about everyone else; it would be quite cold; is it that hard o rent out two indoor locations? I don’t see the major advantage of one location; it’s too large to really see without the screens anyway.. they obviously took this into consideration. I think that time of year may at least not usually be freezing.
in the resolution document pictured, they forgot to include a resolution clause (Resolved…). The signatures are essentially saying nothing. Let’s hope the Siyum organizers pay more attention to getting the deatils right at the Siyum than at the Signing.
