A Jackson home was destroyed by a fire this afternoon.
The fire, which broke out at about 5:00 this afternoon, was at a home located in the Cassville section of town, near Six Flags.
All of Jackson Fire Department’s Tanker Trucks responded to the fire, due to a lack of fire hydrants in the area.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
