Fire Breaks Out In Toms River Marina [PHOTOS]

A fire broke out at a marina in Toms River today.

At approximately 10:30AM today, the Toms River Fire Department responded to a marina on Kettle Creek Rd for a structure fire.

A second alarm was requested for assistance in fighting the fire.

Firefighters brought it under control in under 45 minutes.

Two people were evaluated for smoke inhalation.

  1. next week is September 11th, and what we do not know for sure is was this an act of terrorism, but what we do know for sure is that at the county level much still needs to be done to bring this area up to the level of preparedness and security that most of the world now considers necessary and standard.
