This is in the middle of a residential neigborhood , why is it being advertised for a school ?
One major problem in Lakewood is the way people reject possible tennants. If people would relize that some families are living in unbarable conditions I think they would be shocked. As someone said once before about acceptance into schools, if Avraham Avinu was trying to rent a place in Lakewood he would probably get rejected.

We have a situation with busing that the cost is getting out of hand and its because this town chooses not create locations that schools could be centrally located in . That was at one time a consideration but obviously logic did not prevail . I for one would not want someone to build a school right next to my property , there have been complaints by others with structures (cellTower) lowering propwerty values as to why it should not be permitted well that same logic could apply to having aschool built next to your home!
