Father Of Chaim Yosef Meir: There Have Been Many Positive Improvements

As Tefillos for the 13 year old Chaim Yosef Meir continue around the world following the horrific accidental baseball bat accident, the family says they have seen many positive improvements in the boy. The father of Chaim Yosef Meir wrote the following to TLS in an email after Shabbos:

“I just want to inform everyone that you’re tefilos are helping. There have been many positive improvements over Shabbos. I can’t thank everyone enough.”

Please continue to be Mispallel for the young boy, Chaim Yosef Meir Ben Miriam Henya, who is still in great need of Rachmei Shomayim.

  1. We are in the middle of the sixth cycle of reciting sefer tehillim for the refuah shelaima of chaim yosef meir ben miriam henya
the last person who posted was saying chapter 60, so the next poster should start with chapter 61

  2. I believe that by lighting the xtra candle every shabbos for a refuah for all the people that need one is important thank u for keeping everyone posted

  3. Women, let’s take upon ourselves to read one lesson a day from Daughters of Dignity and to improve in tznius. Our tefillos willbe so much more effective.

  4. The father of this boy must be an incredible person.
the sensitivity and the realization how the tefilos and the tzibur are trying to daven and help.
    Just unreal

  5. Thank you for the updates. We are thinking about and davening for your son and it is so encouraging to hear progress. If you read these comments, my children said tehillim out loud together in the car all the way to Brooklyn. We usually turn on a video to distract them on the way, but they davened for your son the entire time instead

  6. I live out of town and because our state doesn’t provide bus service, we carpool. Every morning on the way to school, I say a few kapitlach of tehilim with the kids in the car, ages 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, and 9. The tehillim since the accident has been for Yosef Meir, so it should be a chizuk that 6 little boys in a faraway place are davening for Yosef Meir, together with all of Klal Yisroel.

  7. I am not of the private community, but I want you to know that I am praying for this young man. Every prayer helps and I hope others read this and join in regardless of religious beliefs….this is a young man who needs our prayers. People with children should especially understand what this family is going through. God bless.

  8. Keep at it everyone. Let’s not take a no for an answer from heaven. There’s no doubt, that if we stay persistent then chaim yosef meir will iy”h have a full recovery. Its up to us..as simple as that!

  9. Soon this story may end up on the second page of the website, which means less people reading it. We must try to keep the tehillm going until we hear from the father that his son is on the road to recovery, be”H. So please do not forget about this boy – even it goes to a second page. I am going to do all that I can, bli neder, to keep the tehillim going. Reach out to your relatives and friends to join in. When you are online and you get an email from someone, email them right back asking if they can say the next chapter or two and then post it on the site. If someone calls you while you are online, do the same thing. It is such an easy thing to do and will help to keep the tehillim going. We are now in the midst of the seventh cycle of the sefer. Be’H, we will be able to stop saying the tehillim very soon because Chaim Yosef Meir ben Miriam Henya will have a refuah shelaima. The father wrote that we have to have complete emunah and bitachon that our tehillim/tefilos/mitzvos ARE making a difference, and that Hashem is the real Rofeh Cholim Who can accomplish anything at any time.

  10. I will say now
    142 till end…
will start sefer tehilim again from
    1 – 3 inclusive
This should be a refuah shleima for Chaim Yosef Meir ben Miriam Henya.
