Ever since Chai Urgent Care opened its separate locations in Lakewood and Jackson, it became clear that this was a center that prioritized quality medical care and professional treatment. Now, major changes to the way both locations are managed are sure to earn them a reputation for making each customer feel valued and that their time is — literally; cue the canned music — “important to us.”
Chai Care has recently upgraded its services at both centers to better reflect customers’ expectations. For one, the centers in both Lakewood and Jackson now have managers on site to address questions and concerns. In short, these managers are taking ownership of customer service to ensure that people walk out satisfied with the experience.
Yumi Greenberg — whose personal cell number to call, text or WhatsApp is 848-326-5426 — is the manager of the Lakewood location. In Jackson, Chaim Katz — personal cell number is 732-232-6531 — is in charge. Feel free to be in contact with them with your questions.
In addition, important changes have come to the Jackson center. Longer hours mean that customers can come there from 8 in the morning until midnight, and on Fridays until a half hour before the zman. The center opens on Motzoei Shabbos an hour after the zman.
Chai Care is one of the most prominent centers for urgent care in Lakewood and Jackson, with treatments for anything from trauma care and seasonal allergies to X-rays, Covid testing and flu shots. The new changes now mean short lines for better care.
“New people, better care, quality service,” is how Chaim Katz described it. “The fact that these new managers are people you stand on line at the supermarket and who live your lifestyle have an immediate impact on the centers.”
