1. According to the US Constitution ONLY state legislatures can decide anything about elections.

   In most, if not all, states that went to mail order balloting under claims of Chinese Wuhan Virus, INCLUDING NEW JERSEY, that decision was ordered by the governor. The governor is NOT the LEGISLATOR. This makes the vote in many states unconstitutional and should be thrown out.

2. Every time I attempt to listen to Dr. Roberts I get distracted by the fish.

6. Recounts won’t help for fraudalent ballots – there are no signatures on the ballots they were on the envelopes which no longer exists! At most a judge may say 100 ballots over there were fraud so you have to blindly remove 100 ballots from the box but that’s it. The Democrats got in to the pile 1000s of fraudulent ballots and it’s too late unless you nullify the entire election… The biggest concern is the long term affect of the mailing in ballots – it has to stop now or the Republicans will never win another election!

I also pray that the Republicans should hold on to the control of the senate which is at risk right now. Praying is the main thing we can do. However we can make some hishtadlos by sending in contributions to the Georgia senate race and to the fund supporting President Trumps legal action. Would you know where to contribute?

10. The comparison between the current situation and the 2000 election is flawed. The difference between Bush and Gore in 2000 was merely hundreds of votes. Gore had a solid chance of changing the result. The difference between Trump and Biden is way too large and Trump has no serious chance of having the result changed.

To Dr Roberts: I disagree with your point 100%, the more propaganda and news coverage and people talking persuades courts, The Supreme Court would only take on the case if there is much talk and anger from the public. As long as things are quiet in the media the Supreme Court would not intervene. For the same reason why people fill a court room to persuade a decision. And that goes for a hearing at a zoning board meeting as well zoning. We need people in the media to scream! Until that happens nothing will change.

15. Harryb, that’s a very wrong and foolish thing to say. Do you always accept every difficult situation without davening to Hashem to change it because “Hashem knows best??” Of course not!! Why do we daven for a refua for someone then?? Or help with parnassah or a shidduch?

    Any presidential candidate can get up and do what Trump is doing now after an election. Do you think Clinton couldnt grandstand in 2016 and kick and scream and yell that the election was stolen and find some evidence here and hearsay here and concoct some outlandish narrative??

    Of course she could have. And the same is true with most elections that weren’t clear landslides.
    But that hasn’t happened.
    We’ve never had a baby in chief like we have now.
