Wow !! Qho found this guy ?! This guy is amazing. He’s the new Johnny Cochran. Articulate, intelligent, professional, knowledgeable yet so humble and down to earth. I Love this guy. Wanna know why? Cuz he has those kids crayon drawings on his wall displayed just as proudly as those 13 plaques from his law practice.
Hatzlocha rabbah, R’ Osher.

Mr. Vartan – you have the admiration and gratitude of the entire Lakewood community and beyond for all that you’ve done and continue
you do. We know how much this case has meant to you and still means to you. I am sure from your many interactions with Rabbi Eisemann you’ve got to see what a special
individual Rabbi Eisemann truly is. As a father of a special needs child who
attends Schi and someone who is very close to Rabbi Eisemann and followed this case very closely I feel a personal debt of gratitude to you. I along with the entire community are looking forward to the day when we can celebrate a full acquittal and we can get the opportunity to thank you in person..

By watching the closing statements I was able to see the difference between you and the prosecutor
From his body language I was able to see he was not at all confident in what he was saying
You looked alot more comfortable giving your closing statement than him

Keep up the gr8 work
I wish you alot of luck

Good riddance to King Comey’s Federal Bureau of Incompetence.

I’d like to ask him where the $700,000 figure comes from. I know you have to pay top dollar to get top legal representation – but 700,000 sounds excessive.

Professionals in general charge nice money. Some professionals only have a van or truck and they make house calls. A lawyer has a staff. He has an office with a rent bill. Maybe there are 2 lawyers in that office.
He probably had to review about 50,000 items including monthly statements, receipts, credit card bills and etc.. Don’t forget that he is working on this case for about 2 or 3 years.

Can someone please explain what exactly is money laundering?

No, Jack Edwards. Just because the app splashed headlines that said such, and part of the verdict that was returned guilty had this or similar wording, Rabbi Eisenmann is still positively innocent of wrongdoing and is on the contrary quite saintly in every area of his life. These were trumped up charges, that’s why those people on the side of good and justice have rose to vigorously attest to the Rabbis complete and total innocence.
Get it? These were trumped up charges. Read the defense, those are the correct arguments. Rabbis and good people dont go around doing these things, and among the good people, is most certainly Rabbi Eisenmann.
