  1. Wow!!

    I can’t wait!
Minyan Shelanu is a great organiztion. It helps anybody. I personally know numerous boys who have gone thru hard times, Rachmana Litzlan.

Let me tell you this: Without Rabbi Chaim Abadi Shlit”a & the great guys & surroundings of Minyan Shelanu – who knows where they woud chas v’chalila be today!

Some are even regular yungeleit who are shtayging away! You would never be able to tell them apart.

  2. There are so many other fires in town that you give no recognition to last year I went with my kids after reading you advertisement of this organization the prostkeit & taroveois was not for young kids to see the tzinios was not that of a frum atmosphere even if the kids come with parents I’m sorry if I hit a soft point with you but there are many other hadlokos that the kids can enjoy

  3. Went tonight, this is for the kiruv crowd only. The tznius there was very unpleasant to say the least and it should be known to the lakewood families before they go there and their children and husbands get exposed to the pritzus. R abadi does a great job and the minyan is a neccesary organazation for Lakewood. Please go at your discretion

  4. Being at the minyan bonfire was a kiddush Hashem. Seemed as if we traveled 4000 miles to Rashbi Kever ,yet we were right here In Lakewood. The Achdus was inspirational &the generous portions of food and treats to all was just like being in Meron. we are greatful to the Minyan and to all the volunteers and to the music band that made the night astounding.

  5. Pritzus, Ta’aruvos – Keep judging others – I’m sure you only went to the event so you could report back to us – you are like the Meraglim – you went and enjoyed it, lined up for the free hotdogs and snacks and then left and ‘reported’ online in disgust. Having been there tonight, I’ll tell you what I learnt. 1) I was able to give $100 to a great cause – as well as possibly scoring $10k 2) I was able to give my kid an entertaining, religiously-based and fun night – and supper and 3) bouncy castles are dangerous when they lose power. There was a big scare when the bouncy castle collapsed because the wires got disconnected and there were at least 20 kids inside at the time, including my child. There was panic as parents were trying to yank their own kids out of the small access point while others were doing their best to hold the heavy sides up. BH the power was restored after about 60 seconds and everyone got out safely. I didnt notice any particular ‘breach’ of Tznius, then again I didn’t go for it nor am I a member of G-d’s Police Force, therefore I was not on the lookout for it. I believe that a person notices what they want to.

  6. The minyan shelanu barnfire was a huge Kiddush Shem Shamayim. I spent quite a bit of time there tonight. The achdus was amazing. The ravchus in which the FREE food, BBQ, popcorn, conesnow, candy cotton was given is amazing. I never saw something like that. The way they were happy to give people for FREE. The drashos were amazing, especially the one from Rabbi Stamler, Shlit”a.

Minyan Shelanu you just get better & better every year. Whta a nice pleasant way to celebrate Lag Baomer with such amazing achdus!

  7. The Pritzus ,sadly comes from (moderated) Children who are constantly rejected by their own Folks. Instead of the constant criticism of these holy children why don’t you wrap your arms around them and LIFT them up instead of knocking them down

  8. “put ” The pritzus last night was mostly from the married women! of course we understand the challenges of the kids at risk etc but for the women who showed up last night dressed as %$@# and they know who they are , it was very not nice. If they want to dress that way in their homes for their husbands or when they are in the bahamas than thats between them and g-d but to come out to a frum event for children an amazing family event that only the Minyan can put on and dress like Prutzas is disgusting. Sincerely, a working guy who doesnt wear a black hat

  9. ouch. harsh comments. give the kids at the minyan the support they deserve and save ur harsh comments for your own wives in ur own homes. from: A woman that was there that was def dressed appropriately altho i did see others (…its not ur place to use this website to lash out at them, that’s for sure)
