New Jersey has received more than $44 million in federal economic stimulus funds to help 65 communities in the Garden State pay for energy-efficiency programs. U.S. Energy Secretary Steven Chu announced the total today at the New Jersey Clean Energy Conference in Atlantic City, where he delivered the keynote address.
