Emergency Personnel: Get Free 3-day Pass At The Gym Lakewood

Anyone following the events on TLS over the last two weeks will have witnessed the extraordinary efforts the Emergency Personnel in Lakewood have displayed during Hurricane Sandy and the Nor’easter which followed.

Pushing them to the limit is probably a fair term to properly describe the tireless voluntees’ response during the unprecedented storm. Organizations such as the Lakewood Police, Lakewood Fire Department, Lakewood EMS, Hatzolah, Lakewood First Aid, Lakewood Chaveirim and LCSW – gave it all they got.

While most of Lakeoood sat relatively cozy in the comfort of their homes, dozens of Emergency Personnel were out on the streets and in harms way ensuring the rest of us were safe.

But it takes a toll – even on th most experienced Emergency worker.

With that in mind, TLS reached out to The Gym Lakewood, to see if they would be willing to offer the emergency workers a free day of relaxation at their state-of-the-art Gym, as a token of appreciation for their tireless dedication.

Immediately upon hearing of the idea, the proprietor of The Gym Lakewood graciously offered all emergency workers of Lakewood a FREE 3 DAY PASS, giving them access to the entire facility at no charge.

So if you’re one of those emergency workers, hop on over to The Gym at 1700 Madison Avenue any time between now and November 30th, and after showing I.D., you can enjoy the pool, hot tub, sauna, exercise rooms and everything they have to offer for three consecutive days, at no charge.
