NOTICE: Please be aware, Elm Street will be closed between Melville Avenue and Arlington Avenue, Tuesday July 21st and Wednesday July 22nd, 2009, between the hours of 8:00 AM and approximately 4:30 PM each day. This closure is necessary to allow New Jersey American Water Company and JF Kiely Company the opportunity to install new water main service to this area. Drivers or emergency and service vehicles will not be able to pass through the work zone and must find alternate routes. Residents will always have access to their homes.
