Today, the media and the Biden Campaign announced that Joe Biden had won the Presidential Election. The Associated Press was the first to report it around noon, after a tremendous amount of new mail-in ballots had been “discovered” and counted. The Mainstream Media followed AP’s cue immediately.
Biden and Harris were quick to announce their acceptance and the Trump Campaign and Rudy Giuliani were just as quick to announce that legal measures will be taken immediately to counter the claim, citing mounting evidence of alleged voter fraud in several states. In any case, we’ll have to wait to see how all this plays out as according to Federal law the winner will be decided on December 14th, 2020 according to Title 1, Chapter 3, Section 7 of the United States Code which states that the Electoral College shall convene the first Monday following the second Wednesday of December.
RUMOR:
Claims flooded Twitter, Rumble, Facebook and other social media and news outlets that the Dept of Homeland Security controlled ‘official ballots’ production. Specifically a non-existent memo purported to be from DHS stated that Democrats who are printing extra ballots are not aware of the “non-radioactive isotope watermarks” on authentic ballots.
The claim went further to state that this was a planned military sting operation, which involved DHS’ Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency and the National Guard conceived in 2018 . The operation would identify any counterfeit ballots, so that a Trump landslide would ultimately be confirmed.
By election day the tweet had received more than 8,200 retweets and 17,300 likes.
A user uploaded a video November 4th to Rumble entitled, “Pres Trump Just Trapped All the Elites Into Committing Voter Fraud: Trump Landslide Incoming!”
The user, who identifies himself as Daniel Lee, credits the tweet cited above with the alleged revelation and claims to show a nonexistent Nov. 4 letter from DHS itself confirming an “election audit sting.” Daniel Lee claims to be an investigative journalist but is actually a novelist who writes “deep-state, elite thrillers” which sell on Amazon Kindle for $0.99 to $2.99.
A self-described Evangelist, Daniel John Lee runs the Torah Restoration Ministries website and frequently posts what many consider conspiracy theory videos. Daniel John Lee’s “ministry” is to proclaim that the entire Torah is true and all the commandments must be followed with the caveat that it does not work unless one believes in “Yashua”.
The alleged DHS press release is shown in an article he published on the Tree of Liberty website, here, by a user named AxxiosGrey. The thread states that “in a stunning turn of events, the Department of Homeland Security announced that there was a federal government sting planned and executed for this election… With confusion in the election results as it is, the amount of fraud identifiers in this sting is staggering.”
The DHS statement that is shown, says that 80% of the more than 14 million ballots it has reviewed “failed ballot integrity checks” and that the “highest frequency of these non-marked ballots is coming from Arizona and Michigan, where over 48% did not contain this watermark. These votes are overwhelmingly supportive of Democratic candidate Joseph Biden.”
REALITY
On Nov. 6, 2020, Chris Krebs, director of the Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), the federal agency responsible for protecting the nation’s critical infrastructure from cyber threats (http://www.cisa.gov/about-cisa), debunked the inauthentic DHS letter on Twitter (here).
In what he called a “Rumor Control Update,” Krebs said, “Don’t fall for these efforts to confuse & undermine confidence in the election!” before differentiating between “Reality” and “Rumor.” He explained that social media posts claiming that “DHS or CISA printed paper ballots with security measures and is auditing results as a countermeasure against ballot counterfeiting” were baseless. In reality, he wrote, “The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) do not design or audit ballots, which are processes managed by state and local election officials.”
CISA RUNS THE ELECTIONS INFRASTRUCTURE GOVERNMENT COORDINATING COUNCIL EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
That fact was made clear by The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency Assistant Director Bob Kolasky, U.S. Election Assistance Commission Chair Ben Hovland, National Association of Secretaries of State President and New Mexico Secretary of State Maggie Toulouse Oliver, National Association of State Election Directors President and Washington Director of Elections Lori Augino, and Escambia County Supervisor of Elections David Stafford, all members of the Government Coordinating Council Executive Committee, issued the following statement: (referring to a Press Release from CISA originally published on October 22nd, 2020).
“Last night’s announcement by Director of National Intelligence and the Federal Bureau of Investigation should serve as an important reminder that we must remain steadfast in our efforts to secure America’s elections. Since 2016, federal, state, and local partners have worked to prepare for the November 3, 2020 General Election. While this year has thrown unprecedented obstacles in our way, the entire election community stands ready for the task ahead and united in our goal to protect our democracy from interference.
“Americans, however, must remain diligent: rely on trusted sources – your state and local election officials – for information about the upcoming election. Only share information from those trusted sources. Encourage others to look to those sources for information about the election. Election officials have invested time and money in securing election systems and equipment, but the last line of defense is the trust of the American people.
“We are committed to making sure that American voters determine the outcome of the election. Be prepared for attempts to confuse or misinform; be prepared before casting your ballot; and be prepared for foreign efforts aimed at sowing division and undermining the legitimacy of the election. An informed public is the best defense we have to #Protect2020.”
Fasten your seatbelts. It looks like we could be in for quite a ride.

Sounds like some more conspiracy theory driven drivel coming in. From the people that brought you the flat earth and ‘vaccines cause autism’, here is a new one. Radioactive ballots.
“Be prepared for attempts to confuse or misinform”. Exactly. And writing that joe Biden won “after a tremendous amount of new mail-in ballots were “discovered“ and counted” is exactly that. It wasn’t discovered it was counted legitimately. Say no to conspiracies.
It is over. Nothing Republicans and Gooliani say to hope for will materialize.
Votes were counted by the states and Biden received more. That is what the AP is reporting.
It was not after a discovery of ballots, but after the normal process of counting all the ballots.
I don’t see where this article is promoting conspiracy theories. Rather, I think the intention is to expose them. Therefore the title, “Rumor vs. Reality”.
It has been reported by witness testimony and election official’s statements alleging that many ballots were discovered just before and after the time set for the election.
What we do not know is if these allegations regarding the ballots in question have been completely counted or if any have been accurately recorded according to election laws and whether those allegations will hold up in a court of law.
My understanding is that these allegations are being made by people claiming to be witnesses who have agreed to testify and submit legal affidavits in a court of law that would subject them to perjury, which is a serious crime if the allegations were not true.
3:48 says its over
Why?
Because Fake News AP said so.
Yoy. We need Trump more than ever
