  1. The speed limit is 25mph in leisure village. This is a sensless trajedy and it wouldve taken some compassion for that person to stop to see if she was ok. Maybe wouldve saved her life even. RIP Catherine

  2. At 7:57 yesterday eve. I was at carrey st. Bet. Madison & forest as a dark SUV drove by at very high speed that I have never saw in town. My car which was parking at the time, was pushed a side from the wind that this car cause. The car turn to forest and then right to 12th and made a noise that I heard in my car on the other block. I have the feel that this is the same car. I so wanted to see police stopping him, but it was so fast and to late to call them.

  3. I live in OLV and the number of drivers who ignore the 25MPH speed limit and drive around speed bumps and rumble strips is appalling! This was a senseless tragedy. There are also a large number of young people living in this village who speed through here all the time. When will the powers that be in this village do something so that this does not happen again?? My heart goes out the the family.

  4. BDE – I will say an extra tehillim for her today. I hope she rests in peace and her family is able to make it through this horrible time.

  5. To observer: WOW I wouldn’t expect shuc sharpness!!!
