For the past 10 years in our Bais Medrash Ohel Ahron, under the leadership of our Rav Reb Moshe Wehl, we have a Purim morning kollel “Kollel zichron Blima Pessil” 1 1/2 hours before Shachris. B’H we have always been zoche to have a packed Bais Medrash, with a roaring kol Torah. Following Shachris the Rav gives $100-$150 מתן שכרה בצידה. Aside from the extra Torah learning this program generates, it is also an opportunity for us to give money to people in a b’kavodika way.
