At least the buffs were there
whats a ‘buff’?
A buff is 1 or 2 guys who run around with scanners / radios and u will c them by every mva/fire/ or hatzalah call anywhere that u will c a flashing light they will be there
How do I join the buffs it sounfs like they do a good job
rt 9 is closed from oak to spruce due to nva downed pole
