VIDEO: A driver was uninjured after his van flipped over this afternoon. The van was reportedly traveling Eastbound on Ridge Avenue when it spun out of control and landed on its side on a nearby property. The driver managed to climb out of the van, prior to the arrival of the emergency personnel.
A Brick EMS member passing the scene, assisted the driver until the LFD and Police responded to the scene.
No other vehicles were involved. TLS-MK/TLS-CCP.
Slow down, pay attention, stay off the phone.
How did that happen?

Why are you so quick to criticize? Maybe he had a blowout? Maybe a pedestrian darted out into the street and he swerved to avoid? Maybe he was a senior and blanked out momentarily?
let me guess , we are going to blame this accisent on a streetlight being out ?? we blame everything else on that why not…. looking good todd
thank you bill hobday for assuming you know what the accident was about. i guess it couldnt be because it was raining and the roads were slick?
It was a accident I’m sure of it you guys should stop criticizing people
obviously he was going to fast for the road conditions or he would not have lost control ! ” Acidents ” are no accident!!!
In response to the roads being wet and slick, slow down and don’t out drive your vehicle. If the driver was in control, a blowout would not cause the van to flip. High speed is the main cause, pure and simple.
