Driver Flees After Crashing Into Vehicle, Tree In Raintree

VIDEO: Police are looking for a driver who crashed his vehicle into a parked vehicle and then into a tree before fleeing late last night in the Raintree neighborhood.

Neighbors tell TLS at about 11:30 PM they heard a bang and came outside to find a vehicle fleeing from a front lawn after crashing into the vehicle parked in front of the home. The suspect reportedly crashed into the parked vehicle with the front of his car, spun around and crashed into the tree with the rear of his vehicle and then fled. The suspect’s front bumper was left at the scene.

The neighbors phoned police after they spotted the suspect’s vehicle around the corner.

Police arrived and found the smashed vehicle apparently occupied by a passenger. The passenger reportedly told police it was his vehicle and he lent it to a friend, who damaged it.

Police are investigating.

  1. uhhh sounds like the owner of the vehicle made up that part abt it being lent to a friend who then damaged the vehicle, pretty certain it was he who was driving!
