The Specialty Hospital of Central Jersey, an affiliate of AcuteCare Health System, announces the addition of Jennifer Erskine, MD, MSIS to its growing staff. Erskine is a specialty-trained Hospitalist Physician with more than fifteen years of clinical experience.

She will make an extraordinary addition to our team,” said Howard Lebowitz Chief Medical Officer for AcuteCare Health System.
Prior to joining the Specialty Hospital of Central Jersey, Erskine served as a Hospitalist Physician for Capital Hospitalist Group in Trenton and Hopewell, NJ where she provided attending patient care and supervision of residents. She served as an attending for ICU and consultant for Neuro ICU. Erskine also cultivated experience in staff management and internal information systems. She planned, coordinated and evaluated clinical and staff development programs and formulated and implemented IT systems.
Erskine additionally has formal teaching experience in a university setting, has been published in various trade publications and is a noted national public speaker. Her memberships include the Society of Hospital Medicine, American College of Physicians and the American Association for Physician Leadership.
The Physician earned her Master’s in Information Systems from Drexel University where she received Certificates in Fellowship in Medical Informatics and Competitive Intelligence. Erskine obtained her MD from the MCP-Hahnemann University School of Medicine as a Humanities and Epidemiology Journal Club Scholar and her BS in Anthropology and Environmental Studies with a Concentration in Women’s Studies from Emory University.

I would like to wish Dr LEbowitz continued Hatzlocha! He is a true tzadik and a shaliach from Hashem. He has tremendous Siyata Dishmaya, and a family member just witnessed unbelievable nissim thru him. I have been in his ward countless times and have seen many other yidden (and not Jewish too) being helped from his expertise!
