10. 90% of all traffic fatalities is due to distracted driving. That number has skyrocketed since 2015. The other 10% is due to driving while intoxicated. I know someone who is handicapped for life because a woman hit him head-on while on the phone. She is no longer with us, one child in the front is also gone and the kid in the back is in a wheelchair. Is it worth it?

    My VPN blocks this poll anyway so my IP address is like in Romania. In any case I use my real name and email. I have nothing to hide. In my line of work, I live in a fishbowl anyway.

11. It’s a good thing this poll only requires a “yes” or “no” answer, because normally when I’m driving it takes me a long time to fill out the answers to the online polls because I’ve got to look up at the road every so often. But this one’s a cinch.

12. To the poster who said it’s “privaboy an aveirah” Reb Reuvain Feinstein has said publicly that one who texts while driving is considered a murderer. The fact that no one was killed has to do with the potential victims and doesn’t change the drivers’ status.
