The New Jersey Department of Community Affairs, Division of Housing and Community Resources is now accepting applications for the Housing Choice Voucher Program in Hudson and Ocean Counties.

Applications for housing assistance will be accepted from very low-income individuals and families based on the income limits established by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

You must be eighteen (18) years of age to apply, or an emancipated minor. Because of limited funding, only the first 500 applicants will be accepted.
