Dear Editor and staff at The Lakewood Scoop,

I hope this note finds you all well. As usual, we are running a Purim fundraiser and would like to place ads in your publication. We are, of course, willing to pay. You have been a tremendous help in the past.

Here is the link to our new Chesedfund page.

I noticed that you have a WhatsApp group as well. How does that work, what is the circulation and what are the rates?

Thank you for always being by our side.

    Have a wonderful week,
    Rochel Frid

  5. This fund is not a collection for the yeshiva of Mountain Dale. This is a contribution strictly for the staff of the yeshiva.

For those unfamiliar with the Yeshiva of Mountain dale NY and its doings. This is a school/yeshiva in the upstate region of New York State in Mountain dale. Away from the luxury and modern lifestyle of the city. The staff at this yeshiva live solely to help their students grow and expect nothing back in return. The countless talks, appearances and sharing in family joys, regular kind words and the constant connection. All this is done with little pay or recognition, it is my goal to give them a small token of recognition to say thank you.

On a personal level, this yeshiva has helped create and maintain a social support system in my life for the good and bad times. The yeshiva nurtured and showed love for one another, thereby transmitting it to its students to give to one another. Our “boys” are there for one another always, through thick and thin. This we learnt from our mentors, the staff.

Please help me as you have in the past years, to show just a small token of our appreciation to these special souls.

  11. Hi. Good voch and a Gutten Purim! I’m bringing the attention to this fundraiser. L’Kavod Purim, is there any way to either donate or spread awareness of my campaign? I’d really greatly appreciate it.

I’m looking for a job and not yet finding success in that. In the meantime, I’m raising funds because money is going low by me and I can barely breathe. If you can share this fundraiser around, I’d greatly appreciate it. And if you can donate, that’s an extra bonus. Here is the fundraiser:

    https://thechesedfund.com/elisheva/help-a-yid-breathe

If you can’t donate online, here is the number to call:

    (518) 323-0376

24515 would be the cause number to dial in when calling the above number.

Please share and, if you can, please donate!

    Tizku L’Mitzvos!
