Daylight Savings Time Begins This Weekend, Lose An Hour Of Sleep

clockYou’ve surely noticed the daylight staying around a little later each day.  This weekend, that later sunset will be even more noticeable. That’s right, Daylight Savings time will begin this weekend.  You’ll have to set your clocks forward one hour at 2 a.m. on Sunday, March 14.  That means the time will jump from 1:59 a.m. straight to 3:00 a.m.  One of the best ways to make sure you’re prepared: just make sure to move your clock ahead before you go to bed on Saturday night. Remember that next week there will likely not be as much light during your morning commute, so be careful of kids walking to school.

You may also want to plan on a nap this weekend, because it means you’ll lose an hour of sleep. Fox
