6. The person making a right should have waited for the intersection to clear as the minivan had right of way. Possibly illegal, definitely stupid move on their part, or maybe needs glasses.

   The dashcammer ran a red, there is only one person allowed in the intersection at a time. If this went to court he may be fined.

   • the minivan making a left did not have the right of way. he can only make a left if the coast is clear. Even so, the guy making right turn from the other side should have been more careful. The guy with the dashcam just followed the first car without doing any checking on his own!

9. I’ve the same exact thing at the exact same intersection. Except we were coming from the other direction and making legal right turns.

   A kid ran across against the light without warning and the car in front of me made a short stop and I hit him. I was automatically at fault.

10. Dashcam guy’s gotta pay. You’re never allowed to hit someone from behind. Hit the brakes and don’t follow too closely.
    Yes it was illegal for the person to make a right turn without first stopping at the red. Give him a ticket. Left turning guy is scott free but could possibly have been more defensive and not sped up before seeing that the right turning guy wasn’t stopping…

    • dash cam guy went left on red. he should never have made that left.
