Seems he was trying to make a left
Law is that a person is not allowed to drive on yellow grid lines (they are not there as a piece of art but rather as a lane closure till it opens up for turning lane ) BUT yes BUT the law is that someone entering a turning lane must look to Make sure Noone is came into to that piece of art prior to the lane opening even though they will receive a ticket for being on that piece of art the car that came into the lane after is responsible
I think the white suv thats relentlessly trying to pass on a single lane
My daughter thinks the dark vehicle because it didn’t look in the mirror
Dashcam Video: Who was at Fault?
Well, it wasn’t MY fault, that’s for sure. I wasn’t anywhere close to the vicinity of River Avenue on Friday afternoon, and I have witnesses who can attest to that. In fact, if you insist, I can even send you the witnesses written testimony, in which they affirm that I was nowhere near River Avenue the entire Friday afternoon. But do I really need to go through the whole hassle of organizing the paperwork, placing it in a secure envelope, driving to the post office and sending it to your address?!
Please, just trust me on this one when I say it wasn’t me! Okay? It will make life easier for all of us. Thanks.”
Eidim zomemin!!
Eidim zomemin? Sorry, but there are also OTHER witnesses who can attest to the fact that MY witnesses were with me the entire Friday afternoon, and who can testify that that my witnesses and I played some soccer together from
11 till 2 PM. Then we had a few bowls of cholent and some kishka together until 5 PM, and then we took a long siesta on a park bench until 7:45 PM, when we suddenly realized it was almost shkiah and we ran back to our homes to prepare for the Sabbath.
I’ve got all of this documented and notarized. I’ve also got severe sunburn all over my skin from being exposed to the Sun for so long while playing soccer and taking a siesta for hours on end. So I feel pretty confident about defending myself in court if necessary.
Silly goose
Why didn’t you use suntan lotion
I thought I used suntan lotion, but I later discovered I used shampoo instead of suntan lotion.
As if that wasn’t bad enough, I also discovered that, over the last several months, I’ve been washing my hair with suntan lotion, instead of shampoo – which explains why the hot water in the shower didn’t feel so hot. And all this time I thought the hot water wasn’t working, but the hot water was working just fine, and so was the suntan lotion.
White car definitely didn’t belong there and should be responsible.
Black car was turning into the Auto sale store to buy a new car anyway. Now the white car will pay for it.
People need to stop driving on those yellow lines.
Obviously, you are in a major rush, but look-you aint going anywhere.
Looks to me that noone had the right to make a left turn there. It’s gonna be a “no fault”
Looks like they wanted to turn into the “Do Not Enter” driveway but if anyone, I’d say the black car is at fault. (Not to be racist, that’s my honest opinion)
Both at fault. Both crossed into yellow
The state of New Jersey is at fault for granting them driving privileges.
Neither is them can be fully absolved, but the black Chevy seems to be more in the wrong.
