  2. `what’s reckless are people who dont think the rules apply to them. the red light was perfectly clear. the driver either paid no attention or decided that he could ‘see the traffic’ and decided he could do whatever he wanted. dont blame this driver’s stupidity on the township

  3. who said it was red for that direction? there are many light that are red one way and green the other way. for example james and sunset, and hope and south lake dr.
