How do good accidents happen?
When a cop stops a perpetrator in a high speed chase…
Why do bad accidents happen from this? He went through a green light.
Just because he went from the turning lane doesn’t mean it was dangerous since it was obvious the other cars were not moving yet(or moving very slowly).
I’m not saying this was a legal move…

Dear sir/madame , please understand that unexpected and out of ordinary maneuvers are dangerous. especially when performed at speeds that are inconducive for a reset should one be needed.

This is why they are now referred to as motor vehicle collisions and not accidents. These are no accident.
This happens 20 times a day in Lakewood. Many times they do an even better move. Drivers go into the left turning lane, and then make a right turn, cutting right in front of the cars going straight. It’s actually pretty cool to watch some of these guys in action.
