To “huh”… Watch the light. It stays red for very short. The next car went through when it was green.

Absolutely some of them have no respect for the law and are putting children in danger because of it.
The bus companies should have some accountability.
This video doesn’t show the bus going through red. All it shows is the red light that this dash cam car has. Doesn’t mean the bus from opposite direction necessarily also does…
If you watch the video you’ll see that it just turned red. there is no such thing as turning red for just one direction. there is a concept of delayed green but not delayed red.
I believe I’ve seen delayed reds where the opposite lane’s traffic was able to turn left and go straight after it turned red on my side.
Increase? Maybe actually enforce!!!
??, that light is a simple one. Red, green, yellow, repeat. No delayed greens or arrows.
Something is odd with the light. Watch as it slowly fades from red to green after one second. Very unusual – is this video touched up?
