Guy was on wrong side of medium. Could have cause a head on collision.

Boys and girls, it’s MEDIAN, not medium.
I’m a little confused. The right line (solid white) was the shoulder. The left line (dashed) was the median. The truck was coming on the opposite side, between the median and their shoulder. Who was going the wrong way?
Maybe it’s London meshulachim.

1 way: Issue (which driver?)
2 way: No issue.
