DASHCAM VIDEO: Kallah injured when driver blows through stop sign

The Kallah, who is to get married in just a few weeks, suffered a concussion and was transported to JSUMC.

She is expected to be released sometime today.

My minivan was crushed by someone in Lakewood that blew a stop sign at 30 MPH on a small side st.
It’s almost not even safe to cross the street at a light without making sure cars are stopped

Just to keep in mind: before crossing an intersection, even if having the right of way, a cautious car driver will you their peripheral vision to be aware of oncoming cars in either direction. Driving mindlessly, even if you have the right of way, can be dangerous. Especially driving at night at a dimly lit intersection. Driver had enough time to notice the headlights of the other car coming towards her before she even entered into the intersection. Watch carefully. Distracted drivers can get hurt – even if they’re not totally at fault. Refuah Shelaima. Drive safely. Mazel Tov.
