This happens to me every time I drive in a development. Welcome to Lakewood.
and kids dont wear helmets or belts that glow in the dark. before parents give musar to drivers who dont pick up kids looking for hitches, your first priority is to teach your children how to stay alive. if necessary, take away the bike and the scooter. lock it into the garage or the basement
