Dangerous?
Yes, but more so rude, disrespectful, and extremely selfish.

I live right there, so I know where that is. The driver is making a right turn into the parking lot of refuah pharmacy. He is not butting any lines, and not doing anything dangerous. This is a classic example of not seeing the entire picture and just posting a video of NOTHING!

  It is still considered passing a school bus. Every time I see this my heart ends up in my throat. What if that student needed to cross the street?

I don’t care where he/she is going.
Explain to the parent of a dead child, “I was just turning right there.”
Again, only thinking about what they need to do.

Stop sign . Children are present. Disrespectful and lawless driver.
