Just another impatient driver running thru a Stop sign !
No, probably blinded by the sun in his face.
Def blind spot!! He clearly stopped at the stop sign
He was stopped at the stop sign but proceeded thru it and stuck another car ! The bright sun is a factor but still should have been able to see the other vehicle !
