Dashcam video captures the moment a driver suddenly began driving erratically today on County Line Road moments before causing an accident.
The accident happened around noon near Heathwood Avenue.
Two people from the victim’s vehicle were transported to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
Police say the driver apparently suffered a medical episode, causing him to lose control.
