  3. this is such an important video. there are really 2 things that need to be corrected to solve this problem: 1) bike rider needs more than just a reflector to make himself seen & 2) we definitely need more lighting on lakewood roads. lakewood is no longer just a “small town”. we need to use the same standards as NY.
