  1. I think the scoop should have a counter for all of these accidents in Lakewood so we can all see how bad driving, walking and biking in Lakewood really is.

  2. woman and a child in a stroller struck, fatal pedestrian struck sunday morning. pedestrain struck monday night, critical with a brain injury and now a bicycle struck….PAY ATTENTION. both the people walking and the people driving!

  3. Let’s rather have a counter for how many times drivers roll through stop signs, slip through just-turned-red lights, and are nonchalantly talking on the phone oblivious to what is going on around them.

Because, you dopes, the reason B”H nothing happened to you isn’t your incredible driving skill but rather Chemlas Hashem aleichem.

  4. PLEASE PLACE MORE OF ME IN THIS TOWN
HOW MANY MORE OF THESE STORIES DO WE NEED TO HEAR ABOUT BEFORE YOU PUT ME UP !
I AM GLAD TO BE PLACED AROUND TOWN

  5. um hello. even if you install traffic lights and stop signs on every intersection they still will not make a diffrerence in this town, people keep going through them. lakewood cops need to be more forceful and take action against the violators.

  6. Do you have someone who’ll pay for you? You are rather expensive to put all over town. Rather, the community should put down the phones, buckle in the kids, pay attention to driving AND the zoning board should stop allowing runaway building in this town. Personal responsibility is totally lacking here. Add more lights, blame everyone else, do whatever you can just so you don’t have to take responsibility for your actions.

  7. We all know driving is bad in this town, i give credit to all who work in this town responding to our unfortunate incidents. The lakewood Medical Staff day in and out who deal with these horrific incidents. Praise to you. for helping these people start the healing.

  8. How many tragedies are needed for people o understand that Lakewood has become a dangerous place to be. LPD needs to crack down hard on violators that ignore safety.

Change in behavior is needed, and the most efficient way to bring about change is through the pocketbook.
