  1. With Lakewood being one of the largest population with people under 18 in the USA.
Can we have sidewalks and bike lanes throughout Lakewood.
I know its a big expense but safety should be a big priority.
Besides that people walking or bicycling in this town should be able to feel safe in doing so.

  2. Which parent in their right mind let’s their kid or teen ride a bike on a main road!
How many drivers are NOT on their cell phones! How many drivers are NOT in a mad rush; plus some elderly drivers are even more dangerous.
I enjoy bike riding around Lake Carosaljo, around the Manasquan Reservoir, on a trail; when I go to Pine Park I would never ride it across Hope Rd. I carefully walk it across.

  3. do you all think that building sidewalks would be an easy process. There is already way too many construction projects taking place. Most of which are in motion just too make sewer lines larger to accommodate the town. Rome was not built in a day. Give the utility companies at least 10 more years to redesign the infrastructure so it can accommodate the growing population. I am sorry but this town was not designed for the city life. At this point it is just a free for all.
