Crucial Update from Attorney Michael Inzelbuch; BOE has “found” approximately 20 buses to use for routes

inzelbuchThanks to the continuing efforts of the Township committee and the probing questions of attorney Michael I Inzelbuch Esq., it appears that State Monitor Azzara’s previous refusal to provide any meaningful assistance to the non publics – and in fact, allowing buses that Lakewood taxpayers paid to remain under-utilized – may be changing.

According to sources, after watching the TLS video and on going communications from our elected Township officials, the Board of Education has “found” approximately 20 buses that could be used for afternoon routes.

When asked about this today Inzelbuch stated, “The time of repentance according to many sources is not limited to Jews. Can’t speak now, but the time of reckoning is coming too not just as to busing.”

TLS will present more to this developing after Yom Kippur, but needless to say the inaction and dilatory roadblocks of Monitor Azzara and the Board of Education needs to be pursued .

It is our hope that the Township who is footing the bill for all public school courtesy busing will demand answers through the legal process, as the issues here appear to affect not only busing, but the fiscal stability and integrity of the Board of Education.

  1. Thank you Mr. Inzelbuch! If they are looking for another 20 Lakewood township buses they are nicely parked at the middle school at 4:00pm every day…

  2. Why are they only available for afternoon routes? There are plenty of routes needed to be picked up. Especially girls routes that only start at 9:15.
There should be plenty of time to run those morning routes after the morning public school run.

  3. All Lakewood Bd if Ed drivers are getting paid overtime each and every day only working 30 or so he’s a week there is now a sign in transportation office offering even more overtime for non public runs to whoever is interested they just keep spending and spending who will put a stop to thus ?
