VIDEO: Last night, residents of Coventry Square, as well as Hatzolah members and Committeeman Meir Lichtenstien, gathered at the Coventry Square Club House to honor Hatzolah Paramedic R’ Shaul Rotberg. Shaul – a former resident of Coventry Square – was presented with an award in recognition for his round-the-clock readiness to provide medical assistance to the Coventry Community.
The award was presented by the Board President Benyamin Greenstein and Vice President Chaim Friedman, on behlaf of the entire board.
A special yasher koach to Reb Binyomin Greenstein for spear heading and helping arrange the honor and evening.
It is people like Reb Shaul and Reb Binyomin who are true oskei betzibur b’emunah that inspire me and give me chizuk.
Chazak ubaruch!
Mazel Tov Shaul, and kudos to the coventry community for recognizing Shaul’s selfless devotion. It’s great when someone like Shaul gets deserved recognition.
I know Reb Binyumin for many years – what a tzadik! He is a rodeif chesed. There were boys in yeshiva with less fortunate than he, he literally would buy food for them to eat. A Tzaddik!
He is so devoted, literally available around the clock. And so tznius about it – look how uncomfortable he is with recognition and being the center of attention! What a treasure to our community!
The first time they tried to so Shaul ‘ditched’ them for a serious call!! He is such a devoted man who cringed from the beggining to the end since he HATES publicity! Shaul may we never need ure services again but should there nebuch be a need keep at it! Your heart devotion skill and proffesionalism is truly the gold standard of chesed and Lakewood at its best!
Coventary Board and TLS Editor thank you for giving us the opportunity to thank him!
Go binyomin go !
Taxes in Coventry Square are too high!
The new reassessmnt unfairly taxed Coventry and all taxes went up!

Congrats Shaul on a very well deseved honor.
The work you do as part of hatzala is truly amazing.
I personally was a beneficiary of Shaul’s lifesaving work.
He does it with a smile and calmness and humor so that the patient doesnt even realize how dire the situation is.
May hashem give you the strength to continue your great work, and may you always have only nachas and simcha in your mishpacha.
I have had the zechus to know shaul for many years. His aidelkeit, devotion, and his unselfish ways has never wavered. I am fully confident that the oilam in his new neighborhood will find it very easy to appreciate the tzaddik that shaul is!!
Even from afar we hear of your tremendous acts of chessed, your selfless devotion! You are THE MAN!!!
Mazel Tov. You are MY hero! Get it?
To the individuals who want to know why everyone is talking about Binyomin-its because he was the force that initiated the event to honor S. Rotberbg as he is the force behind most of the Chesed going on in and out of Coventry. It would be nice if everyone would take notes from him and from S. Rotberg of what chesed is supposed to look like .
Please keep comments positive and uplifting – otherwise it would be beneficial for everyone to rather not comment at all.
Simchas Hachayim is the foundation of Yiddiskeit..If you didnt acquire it yet- open up some Seforim and good luck.
