PHOTOS: A Cooling Station is being opened in Westgate this morning, Committeeman Meir Lichtenstein says. The cooling station will be opened at the Westgate Shul, in conjunction with the OEM.
Westgate and the surrounding area was one of the hardest hit with the power outages.
The station will be open to the public at 11:30 AM, and will provide water bottles for those in need.
