  1. Thank you Mr. Smith! You were very instrumental with the David Goldman case and I hope you can help the Ostreicher family. I also hope that this can bring more awareness to this desperate situation.

  2. Thank you Congressman Smith.

I have been watching news stories covering the Jacob Ostreicher ordeal for a number of months, feeling somewhat helpless as Mr. Ostreicher has been subjected to unjustified incarceration in a phenomenally dangerous prison system.

    I applaud your efforts.

  3. Congressman Smith –

As a member of the extended community, it is with heartfelt gratitude that I thank you for your genuine efforts in helping make a positive difference to so many lives. It is the great humanitarians of history, such as yourself – whose names have never and will never be forgotten!

May all your efforts be blessed with success!!

  4. not that i’m unappreciative for what congressman smith is doing, but why did it take so long to address this situation? this man, ostreicher, has been sitting in jail in a foreign land while the U.S. has been dragging its’ feet. i feel sorry for his wife and family.

  5. Could we please have his full name? I would like to say Tehillim daily and beseech the Ribono shel Oilem who is the Matir Assurim to make this mission successful.

  6. It is great that he took action on this recent problem of this single individual. It is unfortunate that he has been ‘missing in action’ on the decade old problems effecting tens of thousands of children in the Lakewood school system.
Brian Froelich, Candidate for US Congress (NJ, 4th Dist.)
