Conceive NJ expands its Patient Seminar Series with Male Factor Infertility, now on Zoom

Conceive NJ is excited to announce the third and latestin a series of Patient Education Seminar Series on a variety of timely topics related to Fertility. Coming on the heels of a well-attended and successful first Seminar on the topic of PCOS and irregular cycles, and a well-received second Seminar on Recurrent Pregnancy Loss, this third discussion will focus on Male Factor Infertility. These seminars are suitable for all those interested in having or expanding their families and will consist of a lecture for the audience followed by a Q &A session with the doctor.

The Session will be led by the Medical Director of Conceive NJ, Isaac Glatstein, MD, MSc. Dr. Glatstein is a recognized expert in the field of Human Reproduction and in all areas of Fertility and IVF. He also has special expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of Male Factor infertility, having been trained at the one of the foremost Andrology labs in the country at the Cleveland Clinic as well as an invited Lecturer.

“We were pleased with the positive response to our first two Seminars, said Dr. Glatstein, “and our next topic will explore the important but often neglectedtopic of Male Factor infertility”. “We aim to present a clear and understandable approach to this subject and provide those struggling with Male Factor issues with clear and up-to-date information. There is a lot of new research in the field and infertility involving the Male partner is vitally important when a couple is having issues.”

Bailah Schwimmer RN, the IVF nurse coordinator at Conceive NJ who cares for patients with all types of infertility diagnoses including Male Factor explainsthat “in many cases there is the perception that fertility is a women’s issue and the men are supportive spectators. Working in this field has really emphasized the men’s side of the equation and in approximately 50% of the cases that we see there is a significant male component”. “At Conceive NJ, we have the most sophisticated technology that allows us to diagnose problems sooner than ever before so we can get at the root of the problem and provide answers and solutions”.

This upcoming Seminar will be held Wednesday August 31st and will be available on Zoom.
