U/D: PHOTO: 10:15 a.m: NJ-Brooklyn commuters are experiencing heavy delays to Brooklyn this morning due to an oil spill on th Veraazano Bridge, as earlier reported. Pictured, is the estimated time of travel sign on the Staten Island Expressway, in which the Verrazano was not even listed. But to get an idea how congested it is, the usual travel time listed to the Verrazano, without traffic, is approximately 10 minutes.
